(1)NETWORK ARCHITECT
Position Description:

The Network Architect is responsible in the following areas:

· Functions as the enterprise network architect responsible for designing, planning, implementation, coordination, and management of the regional network (WAN/LAN) consistent with ISG strategies, plans and directions which requires understanding of Internet, VPN, Intranets, and Extranets.

· Monitors and administers the health of networks through any network management framework.

· Responsible for the formulation and implementation of regional network relat ed policies, proc ed ures, guidelines, standards, and methods for sound information technology business and investment practices to meet overall information technology ne ed s.

· Ensures that technology that makes up the work environment maximizes the productivity and communication of teams ensuring that the tools ISG deploys are us ed properly and to their maximum effect..

· Prepares management reports to facilitate decision-making with respect to Regional Network / Security standards.

· Manages Operations/infrastructure-initiat ed projects ensuring timely delivery of packages through proper deployment of resources.

Qualifications:

· A degree in computer engineering, electronic and communications engineering or any relat ed course.

· More than five (5) years experience in Local/Wide/Storage area networking with solid understanding of Internet, frame relay, IP, VPN, in a similar capacity.

· Solid knowl ed ge and working experience with Microsoft products (Exchange, Project, Office, Windows, Active Directory and DNS).

· Proactive, highly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Preferably with experience in the following:

o R ed Hat Linux and other Unix platforms

o HP Openview

o Intrusion detection systems

o Firewall configuration / setup

o IT Security Standards formulation and compliance assurance

REGULAR POST

1. Senior Configuration Engineer

Responsibilities

· Configuration Management

· Ensure integrity of the sources/deliverables

· Ensure traceability and retrievability of sources and deliverables

· Provide effective solutions by implementing the configuration management & build best practices by exploiting the SCM tool’s features for efficient configuration management & build activities

· Provide guidance to development & QA teams to support different development methodologies in the areas of SCM

· Review and provide inputs to the Project Manager/Senior Managers to approve and confirm the project configuration and build management plan

· Implement and continuously improve reliable and spe ed y build environments for development & QA

· Provide build status timely

· Automate as much as possible to improve efficiency and quality

· Ensure that escrow and other contractual obligations are met

· Provide training to developers on source code management

· Mentor the Configuration Management Engineers

· Estimate the efforts requir ed for Configuration Management Activities for projects and agree sch ed ules with the Manager

· Understand and execute the packaging and deployment process

· Liaise with managers and keep them inform ed of progress

Requirements

1. Java(J2EE) – (3) - ASAP
- The project is set to kickoff this July
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or any relat ed 4 year course

- Initial contract: 6 months (subject for possible absorption depending on work performance)
* This is an offshore project. Work hours will be from 6AM-3PM and that in case you pass the initial interview, final interview will be @ 6AM the next day.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all creative projects and staff of NetBooster Asia
• Interpret a client's communications strategy and then develop proposed creative approaches and treatments that align with that strategy
• Initiate and stimulate creative ideas for and from everyone involved in the creative process, which includes: executive management, web strategy team, account management team, creative and production team
• Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion
• Direct the creative team in the production of digital advertising requirements
• Participate in pre-sales/bidding and client briefing sessions
• Provide recommendations, participate in development of proposal presentations (planning, writing, and proofreading), and help in selling proposed strategies and concepts in front of customers

Requirements:

• Will work with the Web Strategist and Creative Director in conceptualizing and executing the overall digital experience by providing insight about how consumers use current and emerging digital technology and channels by creating ideas about how to reach the right people with the right digital experience that fulfils a brand's and consumer's needs
• Translate complex concepts to convincing and compelling visualizations.
• Drive look-and-feel of website efforts, online products, and other online and mobile marketing initiatives.
• Create original graphics and icons for use on websites and other projects.
• Define and implement web design parameters, style guides, and visual standards
• Establish and produce graphic material for use in online advertising and promotion of services and products

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of interactive experience at a top agency as an Art Director
• Strong conceptual thinking-- both visual and interactive

Web Strategist (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities
• Strategize, manage and execute creative web-based marketing campaigns designed to generate user generated content, press, links and break through the clutter of the social web
• Lead discovery and brainstorming sessions and document client requirements
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, benchmark positioning, website audits and keyword strategy
• Drive relevant, targeted traffic to client web properties for conversion goals
• Develop social media strategies to rally communities behind consumer products
• Develop user personas and scenarios
• Document integrated digital marketing plan through a creative/media brief
• Collaborate with Creative Development and Web Production teams to ensure the execution of documented strategies

Requirements:
• 4 year degree in the background of marketing, communications, advertising or related field
• At least 5 years experience in a web strategy or web marketing role
• A thorough understanding of all aspects of online marketing (search and social media marketing, media buying, etc.)
• Strong blog marketing skills, the ideal candidate has their own blog they have successfully marketed and built a subscriber base to, or case studies of client blog successes.
• Ability to process and understand web analytics, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients
• Passion for social media and interacting with bloggers
• Deep understanding of Twitter, Facebook, Friendster and other platform-specific social media sites

Responsibilities:
• Writing copy, articles and stories based on the appropriate content strategy for each particular web site.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has excellent research and English writing skills
• Internet Savvy and experience in writing for the internet preferable
• Journalistic skills/professional writing experience preferable
• Can consistently write high quality articles

Web Designer (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities:
• Leads in the creation of graphic designs to meet client requirements
• Shall coordinate with Account Manager and Project Manager to take into account client needs, requests and expectations
• Work hand in hand with the Production Team and Quality Assurance
